Lately, E has been having football withdrawl, so he’s been playing his Madden game at the computer. Because he anticipated that the noise would be bothersome while I’m working, he’s been wearing his headphones. (Yes, he really is that considerate….but most of you knew that, already.)

Purrrrrl has figured out that the headphones means he can’t hear her. Where she used to mew (she doesn’t meow all that well) at him for attention, she now puts her paw on his arm—much like a dog tucking a nose under your hand—to let him know she wants to be petted.

What a smart kitty!
